For hygiene purposes, LashMe will not accept returns unless products are unopened, unworn/unused and in the original condition with packaging & seals intact.

In order be eligible for a return, your products must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that each product may have specific refund eligibility criteria and requirements; it’s essential to review the product information to determine if it is eligible for a refund.

Shipping costs, including those incurred during the initial purchase and any return shipping fees, are non-refundable. We do not offer a free return service; therefore, all returns will be charged the full delivery fee.

Once your return request is received, our customer support team will review it according to the product-specific guidelines. Please ensure that you provide any necessary information or evidence as instructed in the product information or by our customer support team.

If your refund request is approved, for UAE based customers you will be given a unique reference number and the courier collection time frame, to ensure that your parcel is returned securely.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Certain items may be non-refundable based on their nature or condition. Please refer to the product information to determine if your specific product is eligible for a refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution, which may include a refund, exchange or replacement.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method used for purchase. The timeframe for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution. 

 

*Please note that for UAE based customers, if orders are placed using Cash on Delivery, we are only able to give refunds as store credit or exchanges of the same value. (the standard delivery fees will apply for exchanges).
